A native of the American Midwest, conceptual artist Barbara Bergstrom, has a BFA from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago and an MFA in 3-D studies from The University of Arizona.  With a background in Education including two additional degrees (B.S. – Vanderbilt University and MEd. – Grand Valley State University), Barbara has taught art for 12 years to students that range in age from Kindergartners to University Graduate Students.  Actively exhibiting her work nationally and internationally, Barbara presently resides in Oro Valley, Arizona with a studio at her home. | home | artist statement | bio | resume | contact | Thistle Works |
